Head Chef/Cook

YWCA Camp Hochelaga is a non-profit summer camp for girls, located on the shores of Lake Champlain in South Hero, Vermont.  We are looking for a head chef to be responsible for all aspects of dining services and kitchen operations. Dates needed are: June 15 –August 11. Times of the day vary and are flexible. Pay rate depends on experience.

Duties include: Cook/Prepare meals for 80-130 campers and staff, maintain food quality and sanitation standards, order food, provide quality supervision to kitchen assistant.

Desired Qualifications: Kitchen staff needs to have a team spirit, an eye for cleanliness, and the desire to spend the summer working in a camp environment. Food Safety certification.  Over 21. Room and board negotiable.
